Transfers to and from Arabella
Shared transfers to the Forum on Thursday 29 October and back to Cape Town on Sunday 1 November. £39 · approx US$53 a seat each way, paid by card. Seats are limited.
Salaam’s Cape Town is arranging these transfers independently of the Concordia Forum, to help attendees get there and back. We make no profit on them, and if we can pass on any savings to attendees, we will.
Due to different arrival times, pickup points and the availability of coaches, most vehicles will be minibuses or private vehicles. The picture of the nice coach is just for show; we hope you’ll excuse us!

- The drive takes about 2 hours.
- We send the exact meeting point and the driver’s details on WhatsApp the day before.
- Full refund if we cancel the transfer. The vehicles are paid for in advance, so a seat cannot be refunded once it is booked. If you can no longer travel, message us and we will try to pass your seat to another guest.
- Thursday 1pm from the airport: booking closed.
- Thursday 1pm from town: booking closed.
- Thursday 3pm from the V&A Waterfront and the airport: booking closed.
- Thursday 7pm from the airport: booking closed.
- Sunday transfer: booking closed.
- A private car to Arabella costs approximately £75 to £125 one way.
- Do not rely on finding an Uber or Bolt at Arabella on the Sunday. Pre-book a return if you are not on a transfer.
